Experience: Appropriate experience in Admin/Finance Support in a Healthcare environment or Revenue Generation. Inherent requirement of the job: Willingness to travel and spend periods away from the office. Valid (Code B/EB) driver's licence. Competencies (knowledge /skills): Good computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook). High level of numeracy (Accountancy) skills and interpretation of reports. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Good communication and people’s skills. Planning and organising skills. Duties: Provide General Administrative Support to the component. Draft correspondence, monitor generic email inboxes, and maintain efficient digital filing records. Track submissions for Approval, manage the asset register and quarterly verifications, and process staff leave records for People Management. Provide financial admin support. Process petty cash requests, source quotes, place orders, and capture requisitions on the Logis system. Arrange staff travel and accommodation, monitor invoices for SCM, process journals on BAS and handle queries. Assist with the compiling and submitting of all finance related reports. Assist in preparing documents required for internal and external audits. Ensure effective communication. Monitor incoming calls and emails of the deputy director, acknowledging receipt and responding to emails. Managing the diary of the deputy director, co-ordinating appointments and Microsoft Teams meetings. Provide operational support. Co- ordinate workshops and meetings reserving and setting up venues with audiovisual equipment, arranging catering and invite the relevant staff. Act as committee clerk to record, draft, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. Application instructions: ting of all finance related reports. Assist in preparing documents required for internal and external audits. Ensure effective communication. Monitor incoming calls and emails of the deputy director, acknowledging receipt and responding to emails.
