Experience: Appropriate experience in Personnel administration. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good computer (MS Word and Excel), numeracy and mathematical skills. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team context. Knowledge of Human Resource prescripts in Public Service. Ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. Duties: Provide an efficient personnel and salary administrative function. Assist with recruitment and selection process. Provide an effective support function to Supervisor. Handle a variety of personnel, written and telephonic enquiries. Audit personnel, pension and leave files. Maintain effective record keeping.
