About this role
Department: Provincial Administration: Western Cape Location: Southern Western Sub-structure Office Salary: R237 453 per annum 209 Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Inherent requirements of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. Experience: Appropriate & relevant experience in People Development/ Human Resource Development. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Good interpersonal skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and as part of a team. Duties: Assist with the training needs analysis & completion of the Workplace Skills Plan & completion of quarterly training reports. Assist with the implementation of generic & transversal training, PTI courses and sourcing Service Providers. Assist with processing payments & training advances. Arrange Training meetings and act as secretariat for the Skills Committee meeting. Assist with the implementation, administration and evaluation of EPWP Projects/ Learnerships, Employee Health & Wellness Programmes, CIP, PSI, Bursary Scheme & CET. Assist with general People Management enquires/ tasks - functions within the section.
