Competencies: Knowledge in the following: National Land Transport Act (Act No. 5 of 2009); processing applications for operating licences; preparing cases for the cancellation of operating licences; notifying operators of operating licence renewals; publishing operating licence applications in the Government Gazette; general office administration and database management; general support systems; information and records management/administration; administrative procedures and processes; Skills: numeracy; literacy; computer literacy; language proficiency; project management; accounting, finance and audit; economic, financial and statistical analysis; legal administration; Other: reporting; problem-solving; communication; planning; organising; research; ability to work under pressure; willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.
