About this role
Department: Department of Employment and Labour Location: Compensation Fund, Pretoria Salary: R932 292 per annum, (all -inclusive) Requirements: Three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Public / Office / Business Administration / Management. 5 years’ functional experience in executive support / administration services environment of which 2 years at Assistant Director or entry management level. Knowledge: Compensation Fund regulations, policies and procedures. COIDA. Relevant stakeholders. Customer Service (Batho Pele principles). Technical knowledge. Administration procedures, techniques. Fund Governance and Risk Management. Budgeting and Financial Management. Legislative requirements: Public service Act. PFMA. National Treasury Regulations. Public Service Regulations. Skills: Planning and Organising. Communication (verbal and written). People and Performance management. Business Writing. Problem solving and analysis. Decision making. Analytical. Conflict Management. Team leadership. Duties: Manage and monitor effective implementation of CF improvement initiatives plans. Manage and strengthen sound relations between CF, the Ministry, 13 Parliament and stakeholders. Monitor mutual association licence performance. Manage of resources in the sub-directorate. Requirements
