Department: Department of Employment and Labour Location: Unemployment Insurance Fund, Pretoria Salary: R932 292 per annum, (all inclusive) Requirements: An undergraduate qualification Business Management/ Business Administration / Auditing / Law / Corporate Governance at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. Five (5) years’ experience of which three (3) years must be functional experience in Board Services environment and two (2) years at junior management level. Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). Protected Disclosure Act. Unemployment Insurance Act (UIA). Labour Relations Act (LRA). Public Service Act (PSA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Appeal Processes and Procedures. Board Services Charter. DPSA: Handbook of Board Members. King report. Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Skills: Minutes and Reports Writing. Independence Problem Solving. Strong Analytical Skills. Planning and Organizing. Communication Skills- Both Written and Verbal. Ability to influence. Presentation. Computer Literacy. Time Management. Analytical. Numeracy. Duties: Provide secretariat and support services to the Board. Coordinate the implementation of resolutions taken by the Board. Provide traveling logistics for board members. Requirements
