Knowledge: Constitutional Act 108 of 1996 (amended). Compensation Fund policies, policies, procedures and processes. Talent Management and Succession Planning. Remuneration and Benefits. Human Resource Management Practices and principles. Human Resources across broad range of functional areas. COIDA. Customer service principles (Batho –Pele Principles). Technical knowledge. Customer Relationship Management. Budgeting and Financial Management. Labour Relations Act. Employment Equity Act. Skill Development Act. Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Oversee HR Administration in the Provinces. Manage all resources of the Directorate.
