Department: Department of Employment and Labour Location: Compensation Fund, Pretoria Salary: R413 001 per annum Requirements: Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA in Public Management / Public Administration / Office Administration / Business Administration / Business Management. Charted Secretariat Certificate will be an added advantage. 2 years’ functional experience in Executive Support / Administration Support within Support Services environment. Knowledge: Public Service Regulations. Governance / Monitoring and Assurance. COIDA. Batho Pele Principles. Technical knowledge. Administration procedures, techniques. Skills Development. Fund Governance and Risk Management. Budgeting and Financial Management. National Treasury Regulations. Legislative Requirements: Public service Act. Public Service Regulations. Conflict Management. Planning & Organising. Interpersonal Relationship. Decision Making. Duties: Coordinate the effective implementation of Compensation Fund (CF) improvement initiatives plans. Provide Secretariat Support and Liaise with all relevant stakeholders for sound relations between CF, the Ministry, Parliament. Coordinate licensee performance reporting. Supervision of Staff. Requirements
