Requirements

A Senior/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. Previous administrative experience will serve as an added advantage. Basic understanding of Batho Pele Principles. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of clerical functions, practices, as well as the ability to capture data, operate a computer and collate administrative statistics. Basic knowledge and insight of Human Resources prescripts. Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Duties

Provide administrative Support to the Directorate: Manage incoming and outgoing documents. Coordinate the logistics of meetings, taking minutes at meetings and distribution of documents/packages to various stakeholders as required. Assist with the collation of monthly reports and presentations as required by the Director. Keep and maintain the asset register of the Directorate. Maintain a leave register for the Directorate. Handle telephone accounts for the Directorate. Hydrological data administration: Update Information on OSIRIS database and N-drive location. Assistance with
