Requirements

Grade 12 plus a minimum relevant NQF level 6 in Human Resource management, Public Administration/ Management qualification or equivalent appropriate tertiary qualification as recognized by SAQA. Successful completion of PERSAL administration. A minimum of 3 years’ experience at a supervisory level. A valid driver’s licence (with exception of people with disabilities). Knowledge, Competencies, And Skills: Knowledge of relevant prescripts and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service i.e Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Labour Relations Act, Public Finance Management Act. Knowledge of PERSAL. Program and project Management skills. Financial Management skills. Change Management skills. Communication skills. Conflict Management skills. Report writing skills.

Duties

Facilitate human resource provisioning. Facilitate conditions of service. Facilitate human resource development & transformation. Facilitate personnel (HR) and general records services. Supervise subordinates and utilise resources (human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.
