Duties

Ensure alignment of all training plans to the National Development Plan. Coordinate the District training plan compilation. Prioritize training for priority programs. Work closely with other program managers to coordinate trainings. Coordinate, facilitate and attend training. Monitor the training health budget and ensure timeous procurement of all required resources. Procure all approved items in line with the business plan. Ensure that all funded RTC training is conducted and attendees contribute to improving health outcomes. Coordinate candidates to attend RTC Funded Provincial and District trainings. Monitor utilization of allocated resources. Monitor that all facilities are well covered in terms of training for comprehensive and quality service delivery. Facilitate execution of skills audit in all facilities. Develop a training plan target all facilities across the district to improve coverage of training items. Map all facilities not covered after every training. Develop catch-up plans for all facilities not covered. Participate in quality improvement programs and clinical audits. Conduct facility support visit using appropriate tools for relevant programs.
