Duties

Provide strategic leadership for the development and implementation of the Department's ICT strategy and digital transformation programme to support organisational objectives and service delivery. Lead ICT governance, enterprise architecture and ICT planning to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions. Oversee ICT operations, infrastructure, networks, applications, information management and customer support services to ensure secure, reliable and efficient ICT service delivery. Direct the development, acquisition, implementation and maintenance of ICT systems and digital platforms that improve organisational performance and enhance access to justice services. Provide strategic leadership for information security, cybersecurity, ICT risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery to safeguard the Department's information assets and digital environment. Establish effective ICT governance, project management, procurement and contract management frameworks to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
