Data governance framework and policy development: Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance and management framework, including policies, standards, and procedures. Define data ownership, stewardship roles, and accountability across the organisation. Establish a Data Governance Committee to drive adherence to data policies and facilitate decision-making.
