Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree/ National Diploma in Corporate Communication specialized with multimedia or Animation/ Diploma in Graphic Design or relevant discipline from an accredited institution and practical 3 years relevant experience in Internal communications. Valid Driving license. Competencies/ Knowledge And Skills: Familiarity with Illustrator and InDesign, Proficiency in Photoshop and Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Adobe Freehand, Autodesk, Adobe After Effects, AutoCAD Software, Microsoft Publisher, CAAD Software, Microsoft Visto, CorelDraw Graphic Suite, QuarkXPress. The successful candidate must have an exceptional, innovative design skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills, and time-management skills for meeting deadlines. The successful candidate must possess knowledge of HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript, WordPress Proficiency with photo-editing software. The ability to design graphics to meet specific promotional and viable needs like logos, packaging, displays, or imagery for digital and printable products. To ensure consistency across all brand assets and establish a strong brand identity and recognition in the Province considering factors like user experience, responsiveness, and interactivity. The successful must be able to create designs for various print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, and signage, ensuring that the designs are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended message. Use image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop to edit, retouch, and manipulate photographs and illustrations to achieve desired visual effects and enhance overall design quality. Must be able to work well in a team; Project management knowledge and experience is required. The applicant must be able to plan, organize, meet deadlines and work under pressure; Must be willing and able to work long hours including weekends and public holidays; NB: Knowledge and experience in and of Artificial Intelligence will be taken as an added advantage.

Create visual text and imagery concepts with the help of computer software. Develop the production design and overall layout for advertisements, magazines, banners, products, brochures, and more. Decide how images and text work to fit a specific layout and size. Implement Corporate Identity Manual by collaborating for text design and creation. Communicate concepts and designs to service providers prior to incorporating them into 310 revised designs. Amend designs based on Corporate identity Manual.
