Offering a comprehensive integrated package of ISHP services. Basic health screening of learners as per ISHP policy. Ensuring prompt referrals to a higher level of care or to other sectors whilst working with the Ward Based Primary Health Care Outreach Teams. Ensure the implementation of the Integrated Multi stakeholder Health Promotion and Wellbeing Strategy in the Sub- District/District. Working with all relevant stakeholders ensure well-coordinated and successful HPV Campaigns at stipulated periods. Support all health campaigns as per sub-district/district plans.
