Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Computer Literacy. A qualification in Administration will be an added advantage. Valid Driver’s Licence (Except for persons with disabilities). Core And Process Competencies: Client orientation, Customer focus, Communication, Job knowledge, Interpersonal relations, teamwork, flexibility. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data and operate computer, knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service, Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment, Knowledge of the National Archives Act and the MIS prescripts and procedures.

Duties

Provide registry counter services. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Render an effective filling and records management services. Operate office machines in relation to the registry function. Process documents for archiving and disposal.
