Requirements

An undergraduate qualification in Financial Administration or related field at NQF Level 6 as recognised by SAQA. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administrative Officer/ Chief Administration Clerk is required. Experience in administration of office budget is required. Knowledge of National Treasury Regulations. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Extensive knowledge of various filing systems. Knowledge and Understanding of departmental Legislations and Prescripts. Knowledge of the Public Service Regulatory Framework. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management process and procedures. Knowledge of Human Resource Regulatory Framework. A valid drivers’ license. Willingness to travel and work extended hours. Required skills
